App Screens
Dashboard screen
The Dashboard screen provides a centralized overview of the vehicle, displaying key details such as the registration number, vehicle model, active status, and current odometer reading. It gives quick access to important vehicle-management functions including Odometer Reading, Trips, Fuel, Fit to Drive, Vehicle Inspection, Accidents, and Expenses. The bottom navigation allows users to access the Dashboard, view alerts, and manage documents, making vehicle monitoring and record management convenient from one place
Accident screen
The Accident screen is designed to record and manage vehicle accident information. Users can enter the accident date, select the accident status and accident type, provide the location, and indicate whether the incident was reported to the police. If applicable, a police report number can also be entered. The Submit button saves the accident information, while the More option provides access to additional related actions or information.
Fuel Transactions screen
The Fuel Transactions screen is used to record and track vehicle fuel expenses. Users can enter the transaction date, fuel quantity in litres, total fuel cost, odometer reading, tax, and cost per litre. The system also displays or calculates the net cost, helping maintain accurate fuel and expense records. The Submit button allows users to save the completed fuel transaction for future tracking and reporting.03
